Q. what’s your return policy?

A. Returns and exchanges are graciously dealt with on a case by case basis. Please contact me at katharina@katharinastenbeck.com and we’ll find a solution that works for us both. Any eventual refund made excludes the cost of shipping.


Q. i’m an international buyer, is there something i should keep in mind when ordering from your shop?

A. Welcome! Yes, please keep in mind that international buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes and Additional Postal Fees that may apply once the order reaches its destination. All international orders are shipped via USPS and most tracking information stops updating once it leaves the USA, or the order gets marked as 'Delivered' when it enters the destination country.
